You're Not Finished

Exodus 2:11-12 "One day he went and saw his brothers, saw all that hard labor. Then he saw an Egyptian hit a Hebrew—one of his relatives! He looked this way and then that; when he realized there was no one in sight, he killed the Egyptian and buried him in the sand."

This is only a snippet from Moses's life. Moses delivered God's children from slavery in Egypt, split the Red Sea, received the 10 Commandments, and spoke to God face to face. Why would God choose a murderer to do all of these things? Because our story doesn't stop at our sin. I think a lot of time we disqualify ourselves. We think that we're not good enough to be used by God. We sinned and did this or that, but God doesn't discount you from making an impact because of sin. Don't count yourself out, your story isn't over when you make a mistake. God wants to use you and your broken story for the good of his kingdom!

God, I thank you for your grace and forgiveness. I'm sorry if I think that I'm not good enough to be used by you, but I thank you that Your Word shows me that I can still be used by you. I pray that you will give me opportunities to use my testimony to make a difference. Amen.
